This class is designed to increase physical strength through resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core conditioning, breathing, and stretching for a complete workout. Dumbbells are used for each class, you can bring your own or use ours! Led by Program Coordinator Anna.

This DIY coconut milk soap will be a perfect addition to your sink or make a wonderful gift. In this workshop, participants will make custom mini coconut milk bars of soap with natural ingredients.
