Dr. Jason Gottschalk joined Godfrey Miller Center as the Executive Director in September 2021.
Previously, Jason was Executive Director of The Village at Rockville: A National Lutheran Community in Rockville, Maryland (a sister community of The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester). In that position, Jason managed all aspects of the Continuing Care Retirement Community. He also served as the Director of Life Enrichment and Community Arts, Music and Worship Specialist at The Village at Rockville.
Jason has many years of experience working with church and not-for-profit organizations. His education includes undergraduate and graduate degrees in music and history from Wheaton College, IL, St. Olaf and Luther Seminary, MN, and the University of North Carolina. He also studied not-for-profit executive management at Georgetown University, DC. Jason and the board have a fresh vision of ministry among seniors, including deepening the relationship between Godfrey Miller and the broader Winchester-area community.
