Strength & Conditioning
PavilionThis class is designed to increase physical strength through resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core conditioning, breathing, and stretching for a complete workout. Dumbbells are used for each class, you can bring your own or use ours! Led by Program Coordinator Anna.

PavilionRachel Short, with years of experience performing and teaching music, will share “Music From the Heart.” The concert features some of her favorite classic Broadway and Jazz Standards: songs about seeking love, being in love, a love gone wrong, and the moon.
