Strength & Conditioning
PavilionThis class is designed to increase physical strength through resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core conditioning, breathing, and stretching for a complete workout. Dumbbells are used for each class, you can bring your own or use ours! Led by Program Coordinator Anna.

Bridge Class: Standard American Bidding System

The Winchester Chapter of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America, in cooperation with Godfrey Miller Center (GMC), is hosting “Sunday Stitch-In.” at 2:00 PM.
