Art Studio is an open time for individuals to gather and work on their various art projects. This is a social opportunity for artists of all levels to help each other and work independently. Recurs on every Monday of the month.

We finish with core conditioning, breathing, and stretching for a complete workout. Dumbbells are used for each class, you can bring your own or use ours! Led by Program Coordinator Anna.
