This presentation will give a general overview on how to upload photos, create status updates, add friends and more! Following the presentation there will be time for questions and hands-on assistance. Please bring your smart phone, tablet or laptop and Facebook login information.

A low-impact program that includes joint check/warm-up, range of motion/stretching, strengthening, cardiovascular endurance, and joint check/cool down. Led by Sonna Russell. Ms. Russell is a gifted coach and was trained through the Arthritis Foundation. (Suggested donation – $3.00)

Teddy Bear Workshop

Join others in making teddy bears for local residents in need of love and encouragement. No experience necessary. Guidance provided by Nancy Braswell.

This class is designed to increase physical strength through resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core conditioning, breathing, and stretching for a complete workout. Led by Anna Lehman, our new Program Coordinator.

In this course, students will develop painting skills, techniques, and aesthetic sensibilities. Each week will focus on a different subject, emphasizing color and composition, and enabling students to expand and better define their unique style and technique. Supplies provided. Taught by Kate Williams. (Suggested donation - $15.00 per class)

Through a combination of landscapes, buildings, and people, this class will explore different drawing techniques such as graphite, charcoal, and pen and ink. Students will have their choice of mediums to help define their styles. Supplies provided. Taught by Kate Williams. (Suggested donation - $15.00 per class)

Craft Workshop: Paperback Book Pumpkins & Leaves

GMC Pavilion

Get your hot glue guns and scissors ready, because we are going to turn old paperback books into vintage inspired pumpkin décor! Participants will have the opportunity to make pumpkins and a leaf garland out of recycled books. (Suggested Donation: $8) (***RSVP Required)
