A low-impact program that includes joint check/warm-up, range of motion/stretching, strengthening, cardiovascular endurance, and joint check/cool down. Led by Sonna Russell. Ms. Russell is a gifted coach and was trained through the Arthritis Foundation. (Suggested donation – $3.00)

This class is designed to increase physical strength through resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core conditioning, breathing, and stretching for a complete workout. Led by Anna Lehman, our new Program Coordinator.
In this course, students will develop painting skills, techniques, and aesthetic sensibilities related to artistic expression in acrylic and/or watercolor mediums.
