Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. Classes taught by Janice Downey. Join artist Kate Williams for a four-week class in the fundamentals of watercolor painting. She will focus on getting comfortable with watercolor painting techniques and enjoying the process of painting. The basics of materials, tools, techniques, color, value and “seeing” your subject will be explored. (Suggested donation - $15.00 per class)
A four-week class for new students or those who wish to reinforce their basic drawing skills and techniques. Through a series of exercises, Kate Williams teaches new techniques to improve current skill level and drawing confidence. (Suggested donation - $15.00 per class)
A low-impact program that includes joint check/warm-up, range of motion/stretching, strengthening, cardiovascular endurance, and joint check/cool down. Led by Sonna Russell. Ms. Russell is a gifted coach and was trained through the Arthritis Foundation. (Suggested donation – $2.00)

Ms. LeTourneau has been teaching computer and technology classes for years and has extensive knowledge spanning the software, operating systems, and technology fields. Open studio time for artists to work on any project they choose. Recurs on every Monday of the month.
Bring whatever knitting you are working on and join the fellowship. Expert knitter, Gail Rush, will be available to assist with issues that anyone is having and provide encouragement. Join us for an hour of enjoyment.
