Pavilion Rentals

The Woltz Pavilion offers a versatile and elegant space ideal for both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations. The pavilion features an open-air design with high ceilings, ample natural light, and a kitchenette that includes double ovens, sink, microwave, and fridge/freezer.   Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.  We have 11 five-foot round tables and 6 six-foot rectangular tables.  We also have 70 chairs.  The Pavilion is perfectly suited for weddings, receptions, corporate events, parties, and community functions.

Historic Home Rentals

The Godfrey Sperry Miller historic home, built in 1785,  provides a warm, elegant setting that adds timeless charm to any event. Rich with character and period details, the home features beautifully restored rooms, original architectural elements, and tasteful furnishings that create an inviting backdrop for bridal suites, cocktail hours, intimate gatherings, or photo sessions.  The rental fee includes tables and chairs.
