Godfrey Miller House: From an Old Ladies’ Home to a Center for New Aging

The Rev. Dr. James Utt served as Pastor of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church from 1983-2013. Upon his retirement he was named “Pastor Emeritus.” He received his Doctorate of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary, and Shenandoah University awarded him an honorary Doctor of Divinity for his community involvement. He and his wife, Susan, reside at Lake Anna.
