Our space is suitable for a wide range of events including weddings, birthday parties, corporate meetings, baby showers, product launches, art exhibits, workshops, and more.
Yes, tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. We have 11 five-foot round tables and 6 six-foot rectangular tables. We also have 70 chairs.
There are many downtown public parking lots close by. Meters are free on weekends.
We do have 2 parking spots behind our building for hosts to unload/load.
Yes, our venue is handicap accessible, including entrances, restrooms, and pathways throughout the space. Our handicap entrance is through our courtyard.
Certainly, although many guests find the facility decorated beautifully already. You are more than welcome to set up props and use non-permanent, non-wall damaging materials. The venue must be returned to the way it was found following your event.
You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverage. The Pavilion has a kitchenette that includes a fridge/freezer, double oven, and sink. Outside caterers are welcome.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own vendors. We also offer a list of preferred vendors if you need recommendations.
Of course! We offer tours by appointment. Please contact us at 540-667-5869 to schedule a walk-through.
To reserve a date, a signed rental agreement and a deposit are required. You can start the booking process by contacting us at info@godfreymillercenter.org or by calling 540-667-5869.
Event rental payments can be made by cash or check at the Godfrey Miller Center office. Online payments can be made here.
