This class is designed to increase physical strength through resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core conditioning, breathing, and stretching for a complete workout. Dumbbells are used for each class, you can bring your own or use ours! Led by Program Coordinator Anna.

Movie Matinee: The Color Purple

Based on the novel and Broadway musical, this is a tale of one woman's journey to independence filled with love and resilience.
